Hey! So if you didn’t know I was diagnosed with 2 types of candida, 2 types of bacteria, Ebstein Barr Virus and Lyme Disease all at once. Some of you may know exactly what I am talking about and the rest of you are probably wondering what the heck all that is. If anything, we all have pain in some way. Whether it’s physical pain, emotional pain and so on, we all have it. I wanted to create and share a chronic illness care kit that has been helping me heal.
