Hey beauties! As a cosmetologist, I love to share some tips and tricks with you so you can keep up a beauty routine at home without paying a fortune for it! I am all about DIY and saving money! Today, I wanted to teach you the best and correct way to paint your nails to achieve the prettiest and strongest look.
Before you start, always wash your hands and dry your nails off well. These are the 2 products I used.
Step 1: APPLY CUTICLE OIL: Sally Hansen Vitamin E Nail & Cuticle Oil
I know majority of you skip this part but I can’t. Cuticle oil is essential to keep them moisturized and healthy. I have dry skin so I am prone to cracking and peeling. Brush the Vitamin E Nail & Cuticle Oil onto nails and cuticles nightly. Massage the oil into your cuticles and then wash you hands!
Step 2: APPLY BASE COAT: Complete Care 7-in-1 Nail Treatment
I used this for my base coat and top coast. It gives the nail polish to stick too, strengthens, moisturizes and helps your nail stay healthy which in return helps it grow. I love to check the ingredients and loved seeing that it has Avocado Oil, Sea Salt, Pomegranate Extract, and Calcium
Step 3: CHOOSE YOUR FAVE COLOR.
FIRST: Always paint one stroke in the middle of your nail. 
Now you can paint a stroke on each side of your nail! 
Apply the 7 in 1 nail treatment for a top coat! 
Now you can add your desired amount of coats to get the exact color that you want! 🙂 You can add a cutesy design or whatever you like to top of your new and at home nails!
