How to feel loved? So I wanted to see something so I started typing into google, “how to feel” and bam! The first suggested search was “how to feel LOVED.” Sadly, I am not shocked. So many of us are searching for the kind of Love that doesn’t leave us and makes us feel loved continually. Just like a google search, this kind of love may be a temporary fix and satisfaction. To you, whoever you may be, let me tell you the real and long-lasting secret to your question”how to feel loved.”

John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

THIS IS INCLUDING YOU.

You are SO loved. The first way that you can start to feel loved is to just simply know that you are. 

 It says in Ephesians 3:19 that the love of Christ surpasses our knowledge and because of that we may be filled with all the fullness of God. Dear friend, whatever you are searching for to feel loved or whatever it is that you are using to fill that gap, let me tell you that the fullness of God will surpass your searching of feeling loved. He LOVES you so much that there is absolutely no searching that you have to do to find it. It’s right there, HE is right there.

Secondly, I want you to LOVE yourself. Forget your relationship status, the amount of money in your bank account, your job title, the number on the scale and more. I pray that the creator of LOVE reveals to you that you can love yourself and that you are so worthy of that. Grab that mirror of yours and write I AM LOVED all over it.

John 15:9

As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love.

So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.

Starting today, I challenge you to search that heart of yours to see what you are after in hopes of you feeling loved or finding love.
